There's not much I can suggest to improve this theme. Maybe make the default frame asymmetrical. Other than that, clarify the windowbuttons and (maybe) add some stereo pipeish sounds.

The window buttons are indistinguishable without tooltips, which is kind of annoying. I'd suggest sticking to the convention of having an "X" indicate the close button. While you are at it, it might be worthwhile to isolate the close button from whatever other buttons are on the window frame, to make it harder to close windows by mistake. Other than that little niggle, it looks pretty nice.
