This is a pretty good gtkrc theme from a usability perspective. You can improve it by using some other engine rather than the default. For example, I am using Informer mostly unchanged, but with the QN-X11 engine. It will also work with the Flat engine. Both of these look a lot better than the standard GTK theme and let you take full advantage of Informer.
