License
by Robert Ruedisueli - Sep 28th 2003 01:00:48
Technically the license should be both Freeware and Shareware, as there is
an enchanced "Quicktime Pro" version available for a fee. Not
that the Freeware version isn't already one of the best media players out
there. The main added features of the Pro version are said to be more
export capability. There is also an enchanced MPEG driver currently
available.

I have a hard time with this software being categorized as Freeware.

Second that. Scoop, why are you Owner on this as well as other Apple
projects (Safari and others)?

Because I took the time to add them. It is unlikely someone from Apple
would ever add them.
