[»] Dragging (anything)?
by Laura T - Jul 3rd 2005 12:25:59

I absolutely love this theme, and not only because it's one of the few which scales effortlessly to my resolution + monitor. The titlebar on the left side is a huge benefit; at this point I can't imagine how I dealt without it :) However, I've one question:
Why is it I can't drag and drop anything? I used to be able to drag Firefox tabs onto the bookmark bar, to drag around groups and buddies in my Gaim buddylist, etc. Right now I've been switching back to the default theme to do this, and then switching back to Arietta... Is there a modifier key that I'm missing, or is this just yet to be implemented?

[»] this theme = my number one...I mean a 10
by psychaotic - Aug 6th 2002 02:34:49

I installed a slew of themes when I first started playing with Debian and Enlightenment this last few weeks. Arietta is still the only one I can stand to use. I absolutely love the way it glows. I have become fond of mauvy things lately but my favourite mauvy things are very understated in the saturation like Arietta is. Even though the side barred windows kind of drive me ooky I don't let that stop me from using it. I wish there was a version with top window bars containing more widgetry (minimize would be nice, or am I just being a duh-beast Linux newbie who can't figure out how to put them there?)

Would like to check out your other projects! This is a 10, hands down.

[»] I saw!!!

So far so good. My assumptions is that it is not complete, look'n forward to the rest. Dubs

Well, there is no thing on this earth that is complete. :-) Yeah, I know there is some missing stuff (mainly epplet related) but otherwise there shouldn't be much to add. (Oh, the way window borders work is intentional. I like it a lot better than the normal configuration.) But if there is something I've forgotten, please inform me.

True! There isn't anything on earth that is complete. If you like it the way it is then there isn't any reason to add to it, but if you are into pleasing a crowd then you may want to add some more options. All in all its a cool ass theme. Dubs

If you have some ideas, I'll see what I can do.
