A quick little theme that goes with my BlueSteel Enlightenment theme. Oh, and it's gzipped, now. :)

[»] More BlueSteel themes?
by N/A - Jan 1st 2001 18:53:42

This is really a nice one. And I apperciate to have Enlightenment and GTK+ themes harmonized. Any plans to create a BlueSteel for Netscape 6?

[»] Textbox
by N/A - Sep 20th 1999 06:15:13

I encountered a nifty feature, or a bug rather, when using Spruce. When composing a message, the textbox used to type the message in, lags like hell. I mean the text shows up at a rate of about char/sec. But as soon as I change the theme to i.e. Brushedmetal, it works just fine.

Hmm.. I have no idea what could be causing this. I know next to nothing about GTK+ themes; I just hacked this together to go with my enlightenment theme. :) Sorry.

[»] Whoops!
by N/A - Sep 2nd 1999 01:12:37

Argh.. As several people have already pointed out, I screwed up and didn't gzip this theme (not sure how that got past me). I've uploaded a fixed version to my webpage at http://www2.ucsc.edu/~erat/BlueSteel-pixmap.tar.gz. Make sure that you shift-click to save the file; the UC Santa Cruz admins are adamant about running outdated, broken software. :( I haven't replaced the theme on this server yet because there doesn't seem to be a "Theme Admin" option. I'll try to get that taken care of. :( Once again, sorry. :(

[»] Not tar.gz format?
by N/A - Sep 1st 1999 02:42:50

Anyone else having problems installing or unzipping this? I've tried Gnome CC and just tar zxvf'ing. No dice with this one. No problems with others, though...

Hmm. It's mislabeled as a tar.gz. It's actually just an uncompressed tar... maybe someone forgot to compress before uploading, or forgot a flag on tar...
