How good is a project page in Freshmeat if it's not updated? Isn't that
what Freshmeat is all about? They are at version 3.3.1, but Freshmeat only
knows about 3.2 by the time I'm writing this. Please ask the folks at
transgaming to update Freshmeat at *every* release.

$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.winex.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/winex
login
2) Getting CVS sources:

Re: Downloading WineX CVS version
by Peter Folima - Jul 2nd 2003 10:00:53
Hello,
I am trying to get the WineX 3.1 CVS version and I am totaly unsuccessful
and it drives me mad. Maybe it is because I am behind a firewall...? Is
there any possibility to get WineX sources in .tar, .tgz or anything
similar?
The cvs commands mentioned here do not work for me and I am not a
developer and am not really comfortable about hacking cvs problems. I
always end up with "connection refused."
Can you help me please?
Looking forward to hear from you soon...

Hello,
Probably you cannot download it since you're under firewall and cvs do use
a unusual port number.
I made a cvs checkout today and put today cvs snapshot at
http://darkelder.que.com.br/opensource/wine-3.1-cvs-2003-11-12.tar.gz
I'm afraid I'm answering your question too late.
Best regards,
Roberto.
