About:
eLCARS (Ethan's efficient LCARS user interface) is a theme inspired by Star Trek computer screens. The colors are mostly orange and blue (from the LCARS theme) like the Voyager screens. The rounded buttons (unlike LCARS theme) are inspired by The Next Generation. A lot of thought has gone into this, and i was refined until there was only 1 usability bug left worth mentioning: "flat" text-only buttons on a toolbar are unreadable unless prelighted. This is not a problem with applications which respect the GNOME setting "Toolbar buttons have relieved border".
