After announcing the theme in fm i realized that there was an error in the bsetbg command, at last i found that it was linked to old background in jpg format

namely please edit your styles file with that command:

$ mv styles/MatrixReloaded styles/MatrixReloaded.old \
> cat styles/MatrixReloaded.old > sed "s/jpg/png/g" > \
> styles/MatrixReloaded \
> rm styles/MatrixReloaded.old

Or just change the jpg line in the style file with png, that's all.
