Rox with imwheel
by Casey McGinty - Dec 8th 2002 18:38:37
I can't get Rox to work with imwheel. Does anyone know why Rox ignores
keyboard inputs from this program? It would be great if it could support
this feature.

ROX-Filer uses the Gtk+-2.0 scroll events, so it should work
just like any other Gtk+-2.0 program. If not, please report it
on one of the ROX mailing lists.

ROX filer is FAST
by Elroy - May 10th 2002 16:58:33
This file manager is just incredible. It is exactly what the CLI-lover
would want in a GUI file manager -- it is incredibly fast, even on slow
systems. Loading a directory with 10,000 files only takes a second or
two.... All the functionality is very similar to the command-line tools
(rm, mv, etc...) ---- customizing your icons, file associations, etc. is
all very simple. This is just an all around great piece of software. No
X desktop should be without it.
