Very nice. Sleek and sexy for sure. Kudos to chavo! 2 things I'd like (and would do if I had the time to hack 'em in). - shade/unshade ... not sure where you'd put it. Maybe put it in as middle button for the iconize button? - give the close button more of a close button look. I've nuked a window a couple of times as the close button looks more like a maximize.

Thanks for your good remarks. Just use middle button on the titlebar to shade/unshade. I like being able to lower the window from the titlebar and did have right button set to lower but I'm sure most people are used to seeing the menu with right button. You can pretty much do everything from the titlebar. You're right about hte close button looking like max. I geuss I'm used to the Windows98 layout of min - max - close and never had a problem.

Cool, thanks for the shading tip. Regarding the close button, I have no problem with it's positioning, as I'm also used to min - max - close... it's the look ofit. Since i'm switching themes and WMs from home to work to computer to computer, a quick glance at the title bar doesn't make it totally apparent that the large box is the close. A couple of times I've hit it when I mean maximize. "oops". I was just thinking a "x" type thing (maybe in the same style as the "e" on the left of the titlebar) .
