PerlQt-3 is a full-fledged object oriented interface to Trolltech's Qt GUI toolkit version 3.x, for Perl >= 5.6.0 on POSIX systems. It features a powerful and clean syntax, unlimited signals and slots, seamless virtual methods reimplementation, and much more. Together with Puic (the PerlQt User Interface Compiler) and the Qt Designer, it provides a full RAD environment allowing one to graphically build fully operational GUI programs in a few minutes.

Release focus: Minor feature enhancements

Changes:
This release features internationalization enhancements and C++-like operator overloading. It also added two development tools: pqtapi, a command-line API introspection tool, and pqtsh, a graphical interactive shell.
